This ancient Riad is hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac and was completely restored in 2011. It is surrounded on 3 sides by gardens; its terrace offers therefore a beautiful view over lush vegetation, which is very unique in the Medina.
The peaceful atmosphere of the Riad is a welcome contrast to the busy activity of the souks, the starlit sky that guests can gaze at happily from the comfort of a deck chair. These have set the theme for the rooms, each with the name of one of the five stars watching over the traveller, guiding and protecting him.
All 5 rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms (shower) and private toilets. All the linen is in Egyptian cotton. The dining room and the living room both open on the inside patio, and the terrace also has a summer dining room where breakfast can be served.
To enjoy a relaxing moment, massages in a dedicated room can be arranged on request.
Finally, guests can cool down and enjoy the pool on the terrace when the summer season comes. WIFI and television are available in the living room.
The Riad has been organised for the comfort and tranquillity of its guests: the staff will make sure to accommodate your needs and will do their best to give you complete satisfaction (taxi reservations, restaurant bookings, golf tees, tours etc.)
On demand, our cook will be happy to prepare subtle Moroccan cuisine for lunch and dinner. Meals can be served in either dining room (interior, patio or terrace).
A reservation is requested before 10 am for dinner; and the previous day for lunch.
• The traditional architecture of Riad Majala, unfortunately, does not meet the needs of people with reduced mobility.
